Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing & vetting property documents (Agreements for Sale, Lease Deeds, MOUs, Development Agreements). Conducting title due-diligence and preparing title search reports.
- Coordinating with government authorities for registrations, RERA compliance, and approvals.
- Handling litigation coordination related to property matters.
- Providing legal support for day-to-day real estate operations.
