Requirements
- LLB with min. 3 years experience in trademark practice.
- LLM in IP with 2 years experience preferred.
- Independent handling of prosecution and opposition work.
Responsibilities
- Trademark searches and actionable reports.
- Managing Indian and international trademark applications.
- Drafting and reviewing trademark/copyright agreements.
