This role is for a seasoned litigator to join a top-tier Mumbai practice, handling high-stakes commercial disputes, white-collar crimes, and domestic/international arbitrations.
Requirements
- LL.B. or LL.M. from a premier National Law University or equivalent.
- 4–7 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in a dedicated dispute resolution practice.
- Extensive experience appearing before the Bombay High Court and NCLT.
- Strong command over the Arbitration and Conciliation Act and Commercial Courts Act.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes.
- Exceptional legal drafting and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Drafting complex pleadings, writ petitions, and arbitration notices.
- Appearing and arguing matters before the High Court, City Civil Court, and Tribunals.
- Briefing and assisting Senior Counsel for high-stakes hearings.
- Leading a team of junior associates on case strategy and evidence collation.
- Managing client relationships and providing strategic legal opinions.
- Overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of domestic and international arbitrations.
