This role involves managing large-scale real estate mandates, including land acquisition, commercial leasing, and high-value residential developments for institutional developers and PE funds.
Requirements
- LL.B. from a premier law university with 5–6 years of PQE in a Tier 1 or specialized Real Estate firm.
- Expertise in Maharashtra land laws, including the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning (MRTP) Act.
- Deep understanding of RERA compliance and registration processes in Maharashtra.
- Proven experience in handling complex title search reports for large land parcels.
- Strong negotiation skills for high-stakes transactional documentation.
- Excellent command over English; proficiency in Marathi is highly preferred for title due diligence.
Responsibilities
- Conducting and supervising end-to-end title due diligence and issuing Title Certificates.
- Drafting and negotiating Conveyance Deeds, Development Agreements, and Power of Attorneys.
- Advising clients on the structured financing of real estate projects and mortgage creation.
- Representing clients before MahaRERA and other regulatory authorities.
- Managing the stamping and registration process for various property documents.
- Liaising with local authorities and government offices for land-related approvals.
