The role involves supporting the firm’s growth initiatives, strengthening client relationships, and assisting partners and practice teams with strategic business development activities. This opportunity is open to professionals with prior experience in legal or professional services environments.
Requirements
- 2–4 years or 6–8 years of experience in Business Development
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services organization preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work closely with partners and senior leadership
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Support business development initiatives across practice areas
- Assist in client pitches, proposals, and presentations
- Conduct market and client research
- Coordinate with partners and internal teams on BD strategies
- Track and report BD activities and opportunities
