Based in Mumbai, this role involves working closely with partners and leadership to drive client development, market positioning, and firm-wide business development efforts. This position is being managed through an executive search process, and conversations will be held on a confidential and exploratory basis.

Requirements
- 7–10 years of PQE / relevant Business Development experience
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
- Strong understanding of legal markets and client development strategies
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and partners
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and support firm-wide business development initiatives
- Partner with senior lawyers on client development and retention
- Oversee pitches, proposals, and strategic presentations
