Associate / Consultant (Insolvency & Bankruptcy)
Truvisory Insolvency Professionals is looking for candidates to work on high-stakes assignments under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016. This role is ideal for professionals looking for practical, on-ground experience in corporate insolvency resolution processes (CIRP) and liquidation. Given the nature of the firm, the role involves significant travel across India to manage various stressed assets and corporate debtors.
Requirements
- Knowledge Base: Strong foundational understanding of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
- Mobility: Must be willing and able to travel Pan-India for various site assignments.
- Attributes: Ability to handle hands-on execution and operate in a professional, deadline-driven environment
Responsibilities
- IBC Execution: Managing the day-to-day operations of Insolvency and Bankruptcy assignments.
- Site Management: Traveling to corporate debtor locations for on-site verification and management.
- Compliance: Ensuring all procedures align with the legal framework of the IBC 2016.
- Coordination: Assisting Insolvency Professionals in executing resolution plans or liquidation processes.
