The Legal Job Simulation Programme (LJSP) is a self-paced virtual internship designed to simulate real-world legal practice through a structured, case-based approach. Endorsed by Vidhinyas Associates, the programme provides participants with practical exposure to how legal professionals approach client matters, manage cases, and make decisions in real situations. Participants take on the role of interns within a simulated law firm environment and are required to analyze facts, identify legal issues, and make decisions based on real-life inspired scenarios. Unlike traditional internships, this programme focuses on active participation through decision-based tasks, enabling participants to develop practical legal thinking, problem-solving abilities, and professional judgment.
