The programme is designed to simulate how cyber law cases are handled in practice, combining legal reasoning with an understanding of digital environments and modern technological challenges.
Programme Approach
The programme follows a case-based simulation model where participants work on a continuous
cyber-crime matter.
Each task represents a stage in handling the case, requiring participants to analyze facts, identify legal issues, understand digital evidence, and assist in preparing legal responses.
The focus is on developing practical skills in cyber law, moving beyond theory to real-world
application.

• Task 5 – Strategic decision-making and legal remedies
• Task 6 – Reflection and programme completion
Each task builds upon the previous one, simulating the workflow of handling a cyber-crime matter in a professional setting.
