The Legal Compliance & Due Diligence Simulation Internship Programme (LCDSIP) is a self- paced virtual internship designed to provide practical exposure to corporate legal work through a structured simulation-based approach. Hosted on the LMS platform of The Collective Counsel, this programme enables participants to engage with real-world inspired corporate scenarios involving business transactions, compliance review, and risk assessment. Participants will take on the role of interns working at Anand Law Professionals, assisting in evaluating a company from a legal and compliance perspective in the context of a proposed investment. The programme focuses on developing practical skills such as identifying legal risks, understanding compliance requirements, and assisting in decision-making processes within a professional legal environment.

Upon registration, participants will gain access to the internship through the LMS portal of The Collective Counsel. The programme begins with an introductory video, followed by sequential tasks based on a continuous corporate scenario. Participants will review information, analyze legal aspects, and perform assignments similar to those handled by interns in law firms. The internship is self-paced, allowing participants to complete tasks at their convenience while maintaining a professional approach. Upon successful completion, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion by The Collective Counsel.
