This course provides a structured introduction to arbitration law. It covers basic understanding of the arbitration law and its adaptation in Indian judicial system, understanding case laws and their impact on the contractual and commercial disputes, drafting of the notices invoking arbitration. Participants learn the fundamentals of arbitration law and its application. The course includes practical exercises, case studies, and personalized feedback. By the end, participants gain an overall understanding of arbitration law.

ABOUT THE EDUCATOR –
Adv. Ayushi Goyal, an associate at ASV Legal, has hands-on experience in handling high-stakes disputes in Arbitration and Commercial laws. Enrolled with the Bar Council of Rajasthan, she is an alumna of Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and holds a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Rajasthan High Court, various Arbitral Tribunals, the NCLAT, the NCLT, District Courts, and other fora on behalf of clients in arbitration proceedings, contractual matters, and a wide range of commercial and intellectual property disputes. While her practice has a strong foundation in sectors such as construction and energy, it continues to evolve to address diverse areas including trademark law and other emerging commercial issues, ensuring effective and timely resolutions for complex and varied legal challenges.
